Growing up in the countryside of Devon, England, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley dreamed of moving to London to begin her career in fashion. At the age of sixteen she began an internship at a modeling agency in London. In 2003 Rosie began appearing in ads for a variety of clothiers including Abercrombie & Fitch, DKNY, Bloomingdales, and Burberry. Her resume has become lengthy by appearing in print ads by designers such as Burberry, Karen Millen, Thomas Wylde, and Miss Sixty.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley joined the ranks of supermodel legends Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Miranda Kerr as a Victoria’s Secret Angel after modeling for the company for three years. “Forget the Hells Angels…Rosie earned the world’s most prestigious set of wings courtesy of Victoria’s Secret in 2009.” (Maxim) The filming of a commercial for Victoria’s Secret with Transformers director Michael Bay led to her replacing Megan Fox as the heroine in the third movie. Now Rosie is commonly known as the No. 1 Hottest Woman on Earth in her debut on Maxim Magazine’s Hot 100 list.
