It was a night to remember. Sure, everyone loves the Grammy Awards, but the real excitement comes with the after parties! Among the many vying for celebrity attendance, was the Fame at the Mansion Party held at the super famous Playboy Mansion and hosted by Sean Diddy Combs. The event featured a ceremony honoring Hugh Hefner with the humanitarian award (presented by Pamela Anderson) and benefitted the Angelwish Foundation. Angelwish Foundation was created in 1999 with the mission to provide the public with an easy way to grant wishes to the millions of children that are living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, and kidney disease around the world.

The evening included a beautiful fashion show featuring celebrity designers Dina Bar-El and New York designer Von Vonni, as well as New York shoe designer ZiGiny. The runway featured our incredibly beautiful ZARZAR MODELS (with hair and makeup by Plant Salon) and an appearance by Tyra Bank’s America’s Next Top Model Lisa D’Amato, who also walked the red carpet. 

The Grammy Awards after party at the Playboy Mansion hosted by famous musician Sean Diddy Combs  was a star-studded affair on Sunday night as Chris Brown, Paris Hilton, Jenny McCarthy, Pamela Anderson, One Republic, among other superstars were in attendance. Party-goers who paid up to $50,000.00 were able to enjoy a live fashion show featuring our beautiful ZARZAR MODELS, live music, DJ, open bar, buffet, and rub elbows with the super famous Playboy Playmates who were dressed in their famous bunny costumes. Hugh Hefner was even awarded, “Humanitarian of the Year” for his commitment to helping charities and those in need. The event was a black tie event and the super famous walked the red carpet as they arrived throughout the night.

The evening featured a variety of DJ’s, tons of famous superstars, a large number of Playboy bunnies, a bus filled with incredibly beautiful ZARZAR MODELS, a dinner buffet, and of course, excursions into the grotto for those that had a few thousand dollars to donate to charity. The man of the night, Sean Diddy Combs, took the stage just after midnight and performed for his delighted fans. At a night full of events, the Playboy Mansion reminded us that there is more to awards season than trophies and parties, and ZARZAR MODELING AGENCY was pleased to be a part of it!

Milan Fashion Week – The Pin-Up Stars Spring / Summer 2012 collection in Milan is a favorite of many fashion fans from around the world and this season certainly did not disappoint. Presenting a large number of beautiful and sultry swimwear pieces that are on par with the latest trends and styles from around the world. At first, there was a distinct American red, white, and blue sailor theme but that quickly diverted to other fashion concepts. Two aspects of the swimwear collection caught the attention of fans – the trikini effect (many believe that we are going to see these cut-out bathing suits on the beaches any day now since they are all over the runway) and the delightful prints that captivated fans this season. Rio De Janeiro Brazil – Top model Ana Beatriz Barros opens the Blue Man show which is full of patterned and ultra sexy show stopping bikinis and bathing suits. Ana Beatriz Barros interviews backstage and says that Blue Man bikinis are one of the best bikinis in Brazil. The swimwear is made of various colorful motifs that include everything from neon to rain forest to denim to snake skin to graphic prints. A Blue Man designer goes through the collection, pointing out the very best including a parrot themed one piece that catches the eye. “We are a Brazilian brand and we love to talk about Brazil,” says the designer. “This is the DNA.” This is Rio Fashion Week for ZARZAR MODELS fans to enjoy!

DSquared2 Spring Summer 2011 Fashion Runway Show In Milan And Model Interviews

Go backstage with designers Dean & Dan Caten at their DSquared2 Spring Summer 2011 collection in Milan. As they explained backstage “it’s boy meets girl”. There’s masculine things, feminine things and their new DSquared2 Eyewear collection is the statement.

Makeup artist Gordon Espinet used one of their favorite beauty products on the models – Mac Cosmetics Mineralized Skinfinish Natural giving them that perfect summer glow. This girl is glammed down, but she’s still sexy.

Design and fashion shows

Dean and Dan Caten (born Dean and Dan Catenacci) are identical twin brother fashion designers and the creators of DSquared2, a high-end fashion label.

The brothers are known for designing clothes and staging elaborate fashion shows with “explosive energy”. They design men’s and women’s apparel, men’s and women’s footware, fragrances, and cosmetics. A runway show in 2005 featured Christina Aguilera with male models. In September 2007, the DSquared2 fashion show in Milan featured Rihanna entering the stage in an American muscle car, followed by a runway walk.

Their designs have been worn by Britney Spears, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Ricky Martin, and Nicolas Cage. In 2000-2001, Madonna commissioned them to design over 150 pieces for her Drowned World Tour 2001 and “Don’t Tell Me” music video. DSquared2’s design was also featured in Britney Spear’s Circus tour. They have been featured on America’s Next Top Model and appeared in the music video for Fergie’s “Clumsy” and The Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling”.
